As part of our ongoing mission to ensure the safety of children at all times, all SSPP staff and volunteers must go through background checks and training to be in full compliance with the Diocese of Tucson (DOT) Safe Environment Program before they are able to serve. The process can take between 30-60 days. There are three parts to the compliance process:
Criminal History Check, due every five years.
Safe Environment Program (SEP), due every three years.
Driving Compliance, due every school year (August-May). Only required for field trip/sports drivers.

Complete the application. Please do not list any relatives as references.
Watch for an email from the Diocese of Tucson. It will read 3-1 Safe Environment Training required to be completed. It will have the necessary instructions. (Please check your junk mail sometimes it goes directly there.)
